Is this leftover food?
Never. These are the day's unsold counter items — baked fresh that morning, simply more than the bakery sold. Bags are packed and picked up the same day.
Why is it so cheap — is something wrong with it?
Nothing. Bakeries bake fresh every day, so anything unsold at closing would simply be written off. Replate gives it a second serving: you get ₹300–600 of food for ₹99–249, the bakery recovers revenue, and nothing gets binned.

Each bakery lists its bags about 3 hours before it closes, whenever it has surplus that day. Bags are limited — usually a handful per bakery — so claims are first come, first served.
How do I claim and pick up?
Reply in the group to claim a bag, then pay and show your pickup code at the counter. Pickup is the last hour before that bakery closes (most close between 9 and 11 pm), and the handoff takes under 30 seconds — at partner counters across Madhapur, Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills and more.
